The charge
Dusk to first light.
We treat the moon like a vintage. Water is drawn the same afternoon, runs over the moon weir through the whole night, and is bottled before the sun clears the ridge. Clouded over? The batch waits.
I
Drawn at the source
Single spring, collected the day of the charge. Never stored, never blended.
II
Over the weir
Over the weir — a moving sheet of water on black stone, open to the sky, one full night. We log illumination, cloud cover and moon-hours for every batch.
III
Sealed before sunrise
Bottled in glass and stamped with the phase and date it was charged under. Scan the stamp to see that night's sky.

Full Moon
The brightest night of the cycle. Our original bottling.
Each stamp opens the sky report for its batch: the phase, illumination, cloud cover and how many hours the water spent out under it.
